She teaches with warmth, creativity and great love.

"On the eve of my 50th birthday I graduated from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda in Lenox, Massachusetts. Although I learned so much from my wonderful teachers, I left with a sense of tremendous compassion and love for my fellow humans.

"In the first half of my life I studied the science of medical care as a lab technologist and then as a nurse. In the second half of my life I am exploring the art of health and healing as I practice and teach. I am committed to providing quality, affordable service and education to the Sanford community and devoted to supporting my students to achieve a high level of wellness and self-awareness. I am deeply grateful to my family, teachers, students and friends for their faith, encouragement and patience as I travel this path."
